What kind of businesses is NezOPX for?
Any team that sends people out to do work: commercial and residential cleaning, janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, installations and repairs. If you schedule visits and invoice for them, it fits.
Can my clients submit their own requests?
Yes. Every client gets a portal where they can request work, approve your proposals, follow scheduled jobs and review invoices. You can also create requests on their behalf.
How do I add my team?
You send an invite by email. They set their own password through a secure link and land in their own workspace, seeing only the jobs assigned to them.
Does it handle recurring contracts?
Yes, and it treats each visit as its own unit of work. Marking Monday complete does not close the contract — Wednesday's visit opens on Wednesday.
Can I bring my existing client list?
Yes. Import a CSV and NezOPX maps the columns for you, handles multiple properties per client and skips duplicates if you want it to.
Does it work on a phone?
